3 to 5 days - Shipment free of charge throughout Mainland UK
Shipment of your order throughout the UK is free of charge (Excluding remote locations, please ask for details) . Orders received by 12 pm are shipped the same day and are delivered by parcel service within 3 to 5 working days. However, condition is that we received your full payment (except cash on delivery payment).
Delivery to remote locations and beyond Europe
The average delivery time to remote locations (islands, mountain areas etc.) or beyond can take about 7 days or more.
Customs duties, taxes and fees
For deliveries to countries beyond Europe additional customs duties, taxes and fees may arise for you as addressee, depending on the legal provisions of your country. You can get further information on the internet e.g. here:

Prepayment
When you decide on prepayment we’ll inform you about the invoice amount and our bank data upon completing your order. Please transfer the total amount to our account indicating the reference number.
As soon as we have received full payment we will ship your order. For transfers from abroad please consider that we bear no bank or exchange fees.
